About this course
The purpose of this qualification is to allow you to demonstrate understanding of and competency in digital literacy skills. It will help you progress to a work role where digital literacy skills are required.

Course requirements
There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. However, you may find it helpful if you have already achieved a Level 1 qualification.
- This qualification is suitable for anyone aged 16 and above.

By completing this course, you will earn the following 3 awards:
- Level 1 Award in Customer Service
- Level 1 Employability Award in IT User Skills, IT Fundamentals, Using Emails and Using Internet
- Level 1 Award in Ways to Maintain Personal Wellbeing.
