Woodspeen Training applies to Disability Confident scheme

Scheme confirms what we already knew

As a provider of apprenticeships and skills programmes for both young people and adult learners, Woodspeen Training is proud to confirm its status as a Disability Confident employer.

The Disability Confident certification provides employers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to work with and support disabled people, and those with long term health conditions, enter the workplace. Woodspeen Training works with employers in a range of sectors to recruit inclusive talent at the start of their career journey.

By certifying our status as a Disability Confident employer and recruiter, our employers can be sure that they are getting the right candidate for their business.

Samantha Wilson, managing director, said “Woodspeen Training has always been a disability confident employer and recruiter. Applying for formal recognition of this means our employers and learners can trust that we’re removing the barriers that can prevent disabled people from accessing employment.”
