Job Summary

  • Inputting data and registering learners to ensure they are compliant and eligible.
  • Work closely within the team to ensure business operations are efficient and compliant.
  • Ensure all data captured on MIS and other systems complies with and conforms to ESFA and other guidance, such as the ILR specification.
  • Support Data and Funding Manager to ensure that we submit timely and accurate monthly ILR batch submissions with zero rule violation errors.
  • To record payment records accurately and feedback anomalies to the Data and Funding Manager.
  • To register learners on awarding organisations registration sites in a timely manner.
  • To assist with the recording, monitoring of learners entering End Point assessment.

 

About you:

  1. Previous experience in an administration role would be preferred.
  2. Working Knowledge of MIS systems (desirable)
  3. Previous experience of ESFA ILR submissions (desirable)
  4. Data entry skills
  5. Computer literate (essential)
  6. Ability to work in a team
  7. Willing to learn and develop new skills
