Zahra Batool

Name: Zahra Batool

Job title: Business Development Executive

Can you describe your role?

My responsibility is to promote a variety of AEB funded courses in West Yorkshire.

These courses include Hairdressing, Barbering, Beauty Therapy, Nail Services, Improving Health, Fitness and Nutrition, Personal Training, Gym Instructing, ESOL, Functional Skills, and Short Courses.

Each day brings something new, from attending a recruitment fair to visiting local community centres, where I talk to everyone about our AEB funded courses.

Why is Adult Education Budget training important to the local community?

AEB courses provide adults with learning opportunities that can empower them, they acquire new skills, knowledge and the courses enhance participants employability, professional growth, and educational pursuits.

*Woodspeen Training's fully funded short courses are currently only available to anyone aged 19 years old or above, that lives in Huddersfield, Bradford, Halifax, Wakefield or Leeds. They are fully funded through our Adult Education Budget (AEB) provision.
