We have today launched our latest apprenticeship course. Our Junior Estate Agent Level 2 apprenticeship has been designed to equip estate agents at the start of their career with the skills and knowledge esstential in their chosen profession.

During their 15 month course, apprentices will learn:

  • the different types of valuation
  • how to explain basic planning principles
  • how to market a property
  • how to identify different construction types
  • Understand and identify financial scams
  • and more

The course will be delivered through a hybrid model, apprentices will use their 6 hours per week flexible off the job training time to undertake online learning, combined with face-to-face meetings, and workplace-based observation visits to complete their apprenticeship successfully.

Our apprentices are expected to work both individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team, making them a strong addition to an estate agent's workforce.

Sam Wilson, our management director said "Our junior estate agent apprenticeship has been developed with industry in mind, ensuring it meets the skills gaps identified by estate agents across the country."

"The expertise learners will gain will not only encourage their own career aspirations but also boost the growth ambitions of their employer." she continued.
