Case study - Adult Education Budget: Improving Personal Health, Fitness, and Nutrition

Woodspeen Training's short courses, funded via the West Yorkshire Combined Authority Adult Education Budget (AEB) provides local residents with skills to enter and sustain work. Woodspeen Training offers a range of courses through AEB and we spoke to Joanne Broadbent about her experience on one of those courses.

Why did you choose this course? I chose this course for a range of reasons:

What did you enjoy most about the course? I really enjoyed learning about nutrition, planning, and fitness, and making this fit into my business and daily life. 

If you hadn’t completed this course what would be different in your life? If I hadn’t completed this course, I wouldn’t have the knowledge and confidence to move forward with my goals.

Since completing the course how are you using or planning to use your new skills and/or confidence? Completing this course has given me the knowledge and confidence to proceed to the next level of my own fitness and nutrition and also help others reach their fitness goals.
